Returns

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging whenever possible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we may offer:

  • A full or partial refund, depending on the situation.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
